Two-Way Ruffle Scarf
This romantic scarf can be knit in simple stockinette or easy eyelet lace, then worn on its own tied in a variety of ways, or layered one inside the other for double-ruffle drama. Go for high contrast or soft, subtle shades. Oh, the possibilities!
Stockinette: Approx. 5½"/14cm across x 34"/86cm long.
Eyelet lace: Approx. 6½"/16cm across x 33"/84cm long.
1 skein Rowan Kidsilk Haze (229 yds/210m) for each scarf; shown lower left in Colors 599 and 582, center in Color 582, lower right in Colors 642 and 645.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 9 (5.5mm) 12–16"/30–40cm circular needles, or size to obtain gauge.
US J (6mm) crochet hook for provisional cast-on.

Eyelet lace: Approx. 15 sts = 4"/10cm.
