Shipping & Returns
Our goal is for you to be superbly happy with your purchase.
If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item, or if you have received something that is damaged or defective, please call us at 512-253-0100. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Rarely, it may happen that products become unavailable. In that case, we may ship a partial order and issued a refund for the remainder of the order, along with any associated shipping.
Yarn Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns of yarn in unused, original condition and packaging within 30 days from the time of purchase for store credit , with just a few exceptions.
No returns on:
- Skeined yarn wound into a ball
- Yarn or thread on cones that don't have sealed packaging
- Sale or closeout yarn
- Special yarn orders
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
We cannot refund original shipping or apply it to another purchase. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of the yarn are to be paid by the customer, and return shipments must be insured. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in shipping.
Other Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns on patterns, books, needles, bags, dyes, looms, loom add-ons and accessories, spinning wheels, repair or replacement parts, and any special orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item will be based on the actual shipping weight provided by the suppliers, or actual weight + packing materials for those items we pack. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce. We do our best to use the lightest packing materials available for the item, while doing our best to ensure secure delivery.
