This handspun, handwoven scarf is just the right amount of warmth and whimsy. It is a perfect accessory over a little black top for a dressy look, or over a casual tshirt/top.
Spun out of angora wool from our bunny Chanel, it is a light fawn color with variations reflecting her beautiful, silky coat. The warp thread was blended with Tunis wool, a rare breed that has a springy coat. Those fibers together help keep the angora from shedding when worn.
Over time and with continued wear, the angora will become more furry and lofty, making it even more special and luxurious.
It was originally designed, handspun and handwoven as a sample for Ply Magazine by FiberObsessions, Susan Fricks.
To care for the scarf, occasionally hand wash and lay flat to dry.
Made from 56% natural fawn-colored angora bunny, 44% Tunis wool
The scarf is 9” wide and 56” long plus fringe.
Please keep in mind that your monitor's settings might make the colors look slightly different than in real life.
